The games are made at our production site in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. The shipping point depends on the chosen scheme — directly from production (FCA) or intra-EU supply via our Polish company; agreed when the order is placed.
The contract and invoice are issued by EURO PUZZLES, our company in the EU, or — by agreement — directly by the Ukrainian manufacturer. We choose the scheme together with you for the first order.
EN 71-1/2/3 certificate, declaration of conformity and technical documentation for the selected products — on request.

What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is €1,000. You can combine any games from the catalogue to reach it.
How does ordering work?
Five steps: (1) you agree the assortment and terms with our manager; (2) we sign a contract; (3) you pay in euros against our invoice; (4) we ship within 14 days after payment; (5) delivery takes the time stated in your quotation.
Which countries do you ship to?
We already export to Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Switzerland, Portugal, the Baltic states and Canada, and we are ready to ship your order to any other country.
Which safety documents can you provide?
On request, we provide the EN 71 test report and the EU Declaration of Conformity. Registered partners can also download the Declaration of Conformity from the product page.
