What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is €1,000. You can combine any games from the catalogue to reach it.
How does ordering work?
Five steps: (1) you agree the assortment and terms with our manager; (2) we sign a contract; (3) you pay in euros against our invoice; (4) we ship within 14 days after payment; (5) delivery takes the time stated in your quotation.
How quickly do you ship?
We ship within 14 days after payment. The delivery time to your country is stated in your quotation.
Which countries do you ship to?
We already export to Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Switzerland, Portugal, the Baltic states and Canada, and we are ready to ship your order to any other country.
How do I pay, and do you offer discounts?
You pay in euros by bank transfer against our invoice. Discounts are agreed individually with our manager.
Which safety documents can you provide?
On request, we provide the EN 71 test report and the EU Declaration of Conformity. Registered partners can also download the Declaration of Conformity from the product page.

Can I order samples or a trial order?
Samples and trial orders are possible by agreement with our manager.
Do you make private label products?
We supply games under our own Ubee brand. Production under the buyer's brand is not offered at the moment.
What age are your games for?
All our games are for children aged 3 and over. Not suitable for children under 3 years: small parts.
