About the game

Where should the apples go, where should the shirt be washed, and what is a dishwasher for? There are so many everyday chores in this little house! Help put everything in its proper place.

The magical ‘Household Appliances’ chest of drawers is a wooden sorting toy with four compartments shaped like a fridge, a hob, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The child decides which compartment each piece belongs in.

Familiar household chores are turned into a fun game where every item finds its rightful place.

In the set

• 4 wooden sorting boxes: fridge, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher
• 40 pieces: food, crockery, clothes, household items

How to play

1. Look at the 4 ‘appliances’ with your child.
2. The child takes a tile and decides: what to wash, what to clean, what to cook, and what to put in the fridge.
3. Lay out all 40 tiles.

Where to start

Start with the fridge and the washing machine — the easiest ones to understand.
