About the game

The hedgehog and the bear have gathered for a game in the forest, but only the most observant will win. It’s not just a matter of taking a free space, but of anticipating your opponent’s next move. Who will be the first to complete their line?

‘Tic-tac-toe: Hedgehog and Bear’ is a wooden board game for two players. Instead of Xs and Os, players use figurines of forest animals, taking turns to place them on a board made from a cross-section of a tree. Every move brings you closer to victory or forces you to change your strategy.

Short games, unexpected moves and the urge to play again — a little forest competition for the whole family.

In the set

• a 15 × 15 cm game board in the shape of a tree cross-section with a grid
• 10 tokens: 5 hedgehogs and 5 bears

How to play

1. Each player chooses a team — hedgehogs or bears.
2. Take turns placing your pieces.
3. The first player to line up three in a row wins.

Where to start

To begin with, simply lay out the tokens and count them; then play according to the rules.
