About the game

Where has the lion hidden, and where is the zebra lurking? Perhaps behind the trees, in the bushes or by the lake? There are so many secret spots on the vast savannah, and each one hides a new inhabitant!

‘Where are the animals?’ — a two-tier wooden sorter featuring savannah animals and hidden compartments. The child looks at the lion, giraffe, elephant, monkey, crocodile and other animals, finds their places and covers them with figures of caves, trees, bushes or a lake.

Open the hiding place — and there’s a new savannah dweller waiting for you. The game turns getting to know the animals into an exciting quest.

In the set

• a double-layered base measuring 32 × 23 cm featuring a savannah
• animal inserts: lion, giraffe, elephant, monkey, crocodile, flamingo, zebra, pelican, chameleon, toucan, hippopotamus
• hide-and-seek inserts: a cave, trees, bushes, a lake

How to play

1. Remove the lids.
2. The child places each animal in its correct spot.
3. Hide the animals — and guess which one is where.

Where to start

Start with 3–4 large animals — an elephant, a giraffe and a lion.

• ‘Who’s hiding in the cave?’;

• a story about a safari.
