Tell your child that the train consists of the locomotive itself and 3 wagons. Who are "train drivers", who are "passengers" and what is "luggage". Take a look at each wagon and discuss which wagon is for passengers, and which for transporting goods. Discuss which animals are in the restaurant section of the train, which are in the goods transport, and which in the passenger wagon. Look at the passenger and think about where they are going, what is in their luggage and check if they got tickets, just in case someone does not have one and decided to travel without paying. Explain why the train driver has to hava first-aid-kit in his cockpit. Take the wheels as an example and tell your child about the differences of "big", "average" and "small". Using doors as an example, explain the concept of the directions "right" and "left". Find the parents of each animal. Which animals are considered wild, and which are domestic. Which animals are carnivore and which are herbivore. Mix the different doors, wheels, roofs, wagons and the animals themselves. All pieces can be exchanged one with another.
