About the game

The tiger’s stripes, the cow’s spots and the patterns of other animals have all got mixed up. How can you restore each animal’s true pattern? Try placing a stencil over it — and watch the animal transform!

‘Whose Pattern Is It? (Stencil)’ (mini) — a wooden sorting puzzle with textured windows and animal stencils. The child matches a tiger, cow, bird, butterfly, zebra or lamb to the corresponding pattern. When the stencil is placed on the base, the pattern appears inside the animal’s silhouette.

Six little transformations help children see familiar animals and their distinctive patterns in a whole new light.

In the set

• a 23 × 16 cm board with 6 patterned windows
• 6 stencil cards: a tiger, a cow, a bird, a butterfly, a zebra and a lamb

How to play

1. Look at the patterns in the windows.
2. The child decides whose skin or feathers these are.
3. They place the stencil over the animal, and the animal ‘dresses’ itself in its pattern.
