Outline Puzzles are wooden frame puzzles in which the picture itself has a recognisable shape: a snowman, a penguin on skates, a locomotive, a grasshopper, a bear on a plane, a dinosaur, an owl, a tractor or a pilot cat. Children first see the silhouette, then fill it piece by piece, connecting the parts to the whole object. Some titles, like 'My First Hospital', add a second layer to explore.

The puzzles are cut from HDF pressed wood and printed in bright colours; common sizes are 32×23 cm and around 22×17 cm. They are intended for children from 3 years. Retailers can order Outline Puzzles wholesale, and the winter motifs in this group also make them useful for a Christmas assortment.
